Specialty Areas: Orthopedics, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, Aquatic therapy
I am a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, having more than 40 years of experience in physical therapy. I was born at West Point, New York but became a native of the southwest when my Air Force father became stationed at Holloman AFB. I attended The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School (B.S. in physical therapy), University of Indianapolis (M.H.S. in physical therapy) and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Doctorate in physical therapy). I have owned Therapy Services Associates, P.C., PC, a company providing physical therapy in Lea County since 1985. I am an active Lovington Rotarian, having held multiple offices in the club and receiving Rotarian of the Year. Taking an active part in my community is important to me; I have served as President of the Chamber of Commerce and I sponsor the Lovington High School Color Guard. In 2016, I was named Lovington Citizen of the Year.
I am married to Ed, who was the Lovington High School band director for 28 years; he now enjoys being a handyman. Together we have two adult children: Eric who is a college football coach at Eastern New Mexico University and Amy, a cosmetologist in Texas.
In my spare time I enjoy swimming, scrapbooking, tap dancing, reading, and travelling.
