Six physical therapists, all doctorally trained, provide services in the areas of pediatrics, pelvic floor, orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, neurology and work rehabilitation. The practice also provides contracted services to health care facilities, including hospitals and home health care.
We provide aquatic therapy services using the Lovington Wellness Center warm water pool. The owner, Kim Osborne, PT, DPT is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with 41 years of experience. Deanna Teel, PT, DPT is a pelvic floor specialist.

I am a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, having more than 40 years of experience in physical therapy. I was born at West Point, New York but became a native of the southwest when my Air Force father became stationed at Holloman AFB. I attended The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School (B.S. in physical therapy), University of Indianapolis (M.H.S. in physical therapy) and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Doctorate in physical therapy). I have owned Therapy Services Associates, P.C., PC, a company providing physical therapy in Lea County since 1985. I am an active Lovington Rotarian, having held multiple offices in the club and receiving Rotarian of the Year. Taking an active part in my community is important to me; I have served as President of the Chamber of Commerce and I sponsor the Lovington High School Color Guard. In 2016, I was named Lovington Citizen of the Year.
I am married to Ed, who was the Lovington High School band director for 28 years; he now enjoys being a handyman. Together we have two adult children: Eric who is a college football coach at Eastern New Mexico University and Amy, a cosmetologist in Texas.
In my spare time I enjoy swimming, scrapbooking, tap dancing, reading, and travelling.

I was born at Tyndall Air Force Base, Panama City, Florida, and have lived in five different states and two different countries. I first began working with Therapy Services Associates, P.C. in 1994, the same year I met my husband, Mark. He is retired Army and a basketball coach who has coached junior high and high school boys’ basketball teams in Lovington, Hobbs, Grants, and Gallup, including the Hobbs Eagles 4-Peat State Champions. Together, Mark and I have three children: Jordan, Anthony, and Si, as well as three grandchildren: Elizabeth, Colton, and Ian.
I became a physical therapist assistant in 1999 and later received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in 2009. Through the years, I have had the opportunity to work in various settings (out-patient clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, pediatric rehabilitation clinics and home health) and therefore have experience working with patients of all ages, whether orthopedic or neurological.
My primary specialty area addresses pelvic floor dysfunctions, treating men, women, and children with issues such as urinary incontinence, bladder retention, constipation, diarrhea, bed wetting, sexual dysfunctions, vaginal pain, and pelvic pain; I am currently a member of Nor-Lea General Hospital’s Female Pelvic Pain Clinic team. Additionally, I enjoy working with pediatrics, most often for developmental delay, and neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis.
I enjoy singing, playing the piano, cooking, crocheting, ballet, and finding ways to stay active with my family.
Dr. Brittany Arnold PT, DPT

I was born and raised in Hobbs, NM and graduated from Hobbs High School in 2003. I joined the TSA team in October 2017. I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University in 2009. I previously worked at an outpatient, orthopedic clinic in Arlington, TX for eight years until moving back to my hometown of Hobbs in 2017 to be closer to family. My primary focus and specialty is sports and orthopedics rehab for all ages. My hobbies include fishing, running, being outdoors with my son, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. June Ann David, PT, DPT
Specialty Areas: Certified in vestibular dizziness and vertigo, dry needling, LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s, kinesiotaping, myofascial cupping, functional mobility assessment, instrumental assisted soft tissue mobilization, lymphedema and wound care. I also work with sports and hand injury patients.
I became a Physical Therapist in 2002 and later earned my doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015 from the University of Montana. I have worked for Therapy Services Associates, P.C. for 7 years. Through the years I have worked in various settings (hospital, outpatient clinic, home health, skilled nursing homes, and with clients with developmental disabilities). I was fortunate to be one of the Physical Therapist for the ASIAN GAMES in 2006 held in Doha, Qatar. I can speak English, Spanish and Tagalog.
I like to read, travel and spend time with family and friends.

Mary earned her doctorate degree from Utica College in New York. Prior to joining Therapy Services in 2015, she worked as a PT in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. She is certified as a kinesiotaping, dementia, and lower extremity dry needling practitioner. In addition, she is certified in LSVT BIG for patients with Parkinson’s disease. She enjoys working with geriatrics, orthopedics and doing home health.
Mary loves to travel, watch Korean dramas, read books, play video games, being a fan of Blackpink and spending time with family.

I was born and raised in the Phillipines, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in 2012. Since then, I have been working in outpatient clinics, joining Therapy Services Associates, P.C. in 2016. I have been a licensed physical therapist since 2012 and joined the TSA team in November 2016. In 2018 I received by Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. I specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, I teach aquatic/pool therapy, perform home health visits and I am certified in kinesiotaping. My hobbies include traveling, spending time with my family and friends, watching different movies and TV series during my down time and I have recently begun doing arts and crafts!

I’ve been a licensed physical therapist assistant for 9 years and graduated from Carl Albert State College in Oklahoma. I’ve been licensed as a PTA in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas and New Mexico. I have experience in home health, skilled nursing facilities, long term care and 7 years spent in outpatient clinics. I enjoy working with geriatrics and pediatrics, but mostly enjoy working with sports and orthopedic patients of all ages. My hobbies include riding my bike, running and staying physically active, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
